Delivery and Refund Policy
Delivery Timeline:
• Orders will be delivered within the agreed timeframe or at a scheduled time, depending on availability. In cases of delay, we will inform you via WhatsApp or other communication channels as applicable.
• Orders for amounts above ₹150 will be delivered for free. Orders below ₹150 will incur a delivery fee between ₹10-20, depending on the location.
• A confirmation text will be sent via WhatsApp upon successful dispatch of your order.
• You can contact the delivery executive prior to the arrival. If the delivery is missed or the recipient is unavailable, the order will be returned to the warehouse, and a new delivery time will be scheduled according to the availability of the delivery partner. Alternatively, you can choose to self-collect the order.
Delivery Issues:
• In case of delivery issues, we will make every effort to resolve the situation swiftly. If the order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, or if there is any inconvenience, we ask for your understanding as the delivery team works hard to ensure smooth deliveries. We kindly request that any inconvenience caused be forgiven as we work towards ensuring timely deliveries in the future.
• If the order is not delivered at all, you will be notified, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
Product Condition on Delivery:
• To ensure transparency and resolve any issues quickly, our delivery partner will take a picture of the products at the time of delivery. If there are any issues with the order, you can reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
